Lettings negotiator required for a leading regional estate agency brand. Lettings negotiators will be operating in prime areas of Kent & South East London. Lettings negotiators with 1+ years previous experience would be ideal for this position.
Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities -
- Negotiating offers between the landlord and tenant;
- Experience in listing properties
- Carrying out valuations
- Providing excellent customer service at all times;
- Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations;
- Identify and properly register potential tenants and landlords;
Lettings Negotiator Requirements -
- Full driving licence;
- Ability to work to deadlines;
