Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator and interested in working in the Prime Central London property market?
Our client, a very well-known, independent property brand, are looking for a Lettings Negotiator in their Marylebone office!
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience:
- At least 12-months experience in Residential Lettings (will consider outside of London)
- Proven track record in Lettings
- Be comfortable dealing with HNWI's
- Have a full UK driving licence
Our client is offering the following package & benefits:
- £20,000 basic salary
- £55,000 OTE
- Pool car at office
- Excellent stock levels
