LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Southampton

Salary: GBP35k

Position: Permanent Full Time

We are looking for an organised and energetic Lettings Negotiator to join our client s forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency in the Southampton area.

You will need to have a great track record in Residential Lettings, generating and winning business from both landlords and applicants.

You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and have the ability to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

You need to be able to work independently as well as advancing as part of a team. You will thrive in a target driven industry and work well in a pressurised environment.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiatorrole will include:

• Previous experience in Residential Lettings
• Excellent sales ability
• Thorough knowledge of the lettings process
• High level of customer service skills
• An exemplary telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Southampton area helpful
• Full UK Driving License essential
