Due to our clients continued success and expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to work as part of an established team.

Lettings Negotiator - The Person

You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people, enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.

Lettings Negotiator - The Role

• Working in the Lettings Departments of this busy Agency.
• Registering tenant and purchaser details and matching them to available properties.
• Carrying out accompanied viewings
• Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business.
• The Lettings Negotiator will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.

Lettings Negotiator - You must have

• A minimum of 1 years Estate Agency experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and good understanding of the local market.
• The Lettings Negotiator will have a high level of commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
• The Lettings Negotiator must be able to work to targets.

A full UK driving license will be required for this position.
