Lettings Negotiator

Our client an award winning, multi office independent Estate Agent with offices across Middlesex, Herts and Bucks are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in their busy office in Pinner. The Agency are very well established and highly regarded for the excellent level of customer service and advice they offer all of their clients as well as their extensive local market knowledge. They pride themselves on the services they offer in Sales, Lettings, Property Management and New Homes dealing in the high end property sector. The ideal candidate must have either 6 months experience in a lettings role or a strong customer service background, with an excellent manner when dealing with clients. Your experience doesn't necessarily have to be in a lettings environment but an interest in the property sector as well as local knowledge of the area would be a great advantage.You must be very well spoken and presented, hard working and used to working to targets and deadlines. You must hold a full UK driving licence, and own your own car.Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator role include:

• Basic GBP15,000
• OTE GBP25,000 to GBP30,000 depending on experience
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm every other Saturday 9am to 4pm

The role of the Lettings Negotiator includes:

• Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
• Good working knowledge of inventory
• Focus will be on speaking with potential tenants, building relationships, generating leads.
• The ability to provide advice and turn initial enquiries into actual business
• You will need to be able to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised, focused and accessible
