We are currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic and successful team, responsible for letting properties across Leicester.
Responsibilities:
Conducting property viewings with potential tenants
Negotiating and finalizing agreements with landlords and tenants
Managing applications, references, and tenancy contracts
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
Achieving and exceeding performance targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role
Valid UK driving licence and access to a car
Good knowledge of the local property market and legislation
Confident, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and contribute to company growth
