We’re searching for an incredible Lettings Property Manager!
Our Lettings Property Manager is a pivotal role, along with customer service occupation you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills with all types of people, providing the highest level of customer care and service, offering guidance and assistance to clients/ residents in a willing and friendly manner.

What will you do?
- Conduct proactive and efficient applicant management.
- Deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers
- Carry out effective time and diary management.
- Liaise with third parties to arrange, check outs
- Liaise with the block management team on issues where appropriate and manage through to resolution.
- Answer telephone calls/emails and deal with general enquiries.
- Ensure comprehensive notes are recorded on the software system.
- Review current market rents and negotiate tenancy renewals in line with the required notice period for landlords and tenants, including preparing and completion of all renewal paperwork
- Monitor rent payments, chase arrears and take appropriate action, including issuing of notices and keeping the landlord updated at all times.
- Responsible for organising and maintaining all regulatory safety inspections and certificates as required.
- Responsible for handling with all maintenance requests via our maintenance system.

- Have property management experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be a confident self-starter.
- Be a Team player, yet with the ability to work alone and on own initiative.
- Have negotiation skills.
- Rapport building and people skills.
- Have knowledge of relevant Lettings and Estate Agency Acts, or willingness to work towards.
