This role is based on a site near London Bridge that is predominantly focused on young professionals.
Character profile for the Lettings & Renewals Manager
You will need to demonstrate that you are:
Incredible customer service focused with examples of where you have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
Team orientated with a drive to succeed and do well.
Experience with negotiating renewals.
Impeccably presented
Valuations experience.
Experience working as a Lettings Manager or Lettings Valuer or highly experienced Lettings Negotiator.
Package for the Lettings & Renewals Manager:
Basic: £35-40k
OTE: £55-60k plus annual bonus.
Hours: 9am-5:30pm (Mon-Fri), occasional Saturdays (1 or 2 a quarter), when you work a Saturday you get a day off in the week.
