Who
Our client design, install and commission a wide range of dust extraction systems, fume extraction systems and ventilation systems to meet bespoke requirements for it's customers in sectors such as Aerospace, Motorsport, Education sector, Defence, Nuclear, and Renewables.
What
Due to ongoing company growth, an exciting role has become available for an experienced LEV Project Engineer to join our client's friendly and dynamic team. What you can expect from the role: -
- A balance between office-based and client meetings onsite.
- Working closely with the project and installation teams.
- Project management of LEV solutions from concept to completion.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on-time, to budget, and meet HSE guidelines.
- Develop detailed conceptual designs.
- Analyse project costings.
- Create and present proposals to clients.
- Obtain contracts for proposed designs and other bid-related activities.
- Present progress reports to the management team

Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of specification and design of LEV systems.
- Proven track record of design and project management in LEV or associated industry.
- Qualification in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Design and/or industry experience with relevant BOHS qualifications.
- Experience in liaising with clients at all levels.
- Knowledge/experience of AutoCAD and 3D software is preferable but not essential.
- Able to work in a digital environment using MS Teams, MS Office, etc.
- Full UK Driving License.

Proactive nature, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Possess a methodological approach to problem solving and ability to learn new analytical methods within a time-critical project environment.
Able to clearly communicate technical data and findings to customers, experience working with international customers would be beneficial.
Excellent organisational and presentation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Flexible on working location, willingness to work both from the office and on site.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to budget in a time-critical environment.
