Position Overview: We are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team and contribute to the exceptional care and education of children at our nursery. As a Nursery Practitioner, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that supports their development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
- Observe and record children's progress and share this information with parents and colleagues.
- Maintain a safe and clean learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow the nursery's policies and procedures, ensuring the well-being of all children in your care.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Level 2/3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) and child development.
- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check clearance.
