Level 2 Operative Engineer Apprenticeship
What on-the-job experience does this pathway offer?
- Assembling units.
- Troubleshooting product issues in line with internal Quality criteria.
- Testing functionality of products.
What off-the-job experience does this pathway offer?
As part of this pathway, Apprentices will undertake a Level 2 Engineering Operative Apprenticeship with training to be delivered by Wakefield College over an 18-month period.
Entry Requirements
This Pathway is open to applicants with GCSE Maths and English at Grade 3/D or above.
Please note, Qualification Requirements can be ‘predicted’, however, must be ‘actual’ by the start date on September 2nd, 2024.

Future Prospects
After completing the Apprenticeship, performance pending, Apprentices will successfully transition into a permanent position with the team/business they have worked in as an Apprentice.
This Apprenticeship provides the learning of core engineering skills that support the potential progression onto a Level 3 Engineering Apprenticeship.
