Job Overview: As a Level 2Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the classroom, assisting the class teacher in providing a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include supporting individual students, facilitating small group activities, and contributing to the overall well-being of the students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in the implementation of lesson plans and activities.
- Provide support to individual students with varying learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning resources.
- Engage with students in a supportive and encouraging manner.
- Assist with the assessment and recording of student progress.
Qualifications:
- Level 2Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
- Good understanding of primary education principles and practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Enhanced DBS check.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training.
