About Elliotts

Our core purpose is to help our customers build. At Elliotts, we’re clearly doing something right.

We’ve been around for over 180 years – But we couldn’t do it without our people. From our drivers to our operations team and everyone in between. We’re one big team. We have over 300 people working for Elliotts. Our CEO, Tom is the great-great-great grandson of our founder!

Still chosen by customers in a crowded market – Customers continue to choose us because we provide anything they need to build a house. But they choose us because we treat them like human beings, creating a strong relationship and building loyalty.

Values that reflect our business – we look after our team. We care. We listen. We try to help. We work harder than anyone else to put things right if they go wrong. We think about the long term, not just the here and now.

To succeed you’ll be a great team player with a can-do attitude and you’ll be right at home.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to enter the world of Marketing and learn the fundamental principles of how to use a multi-channel programme to strategically target, attract and convert customers to real sales!

There has been no better time to consider joining the Elliotts team – as we are embarking on a big step change with our marketing programme; accelerating our schedule and investment to truly promote Elliotts as Hampshire’s number one merchant.
