Salary: £10 - £12 per hour

Teacher Active are currently looking for a Level 3 Childcare Learning and Development / CLD (or equivalent) Assistant to join us for roles in Nurseries around the Cardiff and Newport area in South Wales. As a Nursery Assistant, you will need to be fun and inspiring, encourage positive behaviours and offer a caring and loving environment for the children.

This will be a permanent role, working full time between the hours of 8 am – 6 pm Monday to Friday (subject to change). The successful Nursery Assistant will need to provide stimulating and energetic activities, help with meal and nap times, provide personal care and help keep the nursey clean and tidy through the school day.

The salary will range from £10 - £12 per hour

The successful Nursery Assistant will need:

• Level 3 Childcare Learning and Development / CLD (or equivalent)
• To be super-organised, flexible and highly reliable
• Ability to multi-task and think on their feet
• Ability to show empathy and rise to any challenges
• To be passionate about providing high standards
