Day to Day of the role:
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
- Plan and deliver creative and educational activities in line with early years curriculum.
- Adapt to the varying needs of children and the nursery, ensuring a high standard of care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to support child development.
- Embrace the flexibility of supply work, covering sickness, exploring long-term placements, or stepping into permanent roles as desired.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A Level 3 qualification in childcare, demonstrating expertise in early years education.
- A passion for education and a commitment to creating a nurturing learning environment.
- Adaptability to meet the challenges of a dynamic educational setting.
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others in a collaborative environment.
