Nursery Assistant – Level 2

Happy Days Nursery in Exeter is seeking a Level 2 qualified Nursery Assistant to join our team.

We’re seeking someone with a “can do” attitude and can bring new ideas and experiences to our team.

Happy Days Exeter is served by local bus routes and has ample onsite parking.

As Nursery Assistant, Level 2 you will play a vital role in helping us inspire the future for our children, by offering them the very best care and education using our unique curriculum “Where Children Shine”

Your roles and responsibilities as Level 2 Qualified Nursery Assistant would include –

Performance

• Supporting the effective running on the nursery by being organised, and have the ability to plan and prioritise your work
• Being positive, confident and honest

Outstanding Childcare

• Being a “key person” for a group of children, ensuring that their care and development needs are being met at all times
• Using our unique “Where Children Shine” curriculum to observe, plan and assess children’s learning opportunities
• Understanding and implementing safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirement policies and practices

• Be a dedicated team player, and valuing the experience and skills of your colleagues
