Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting young learners? We are currently seeking dynamic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teaching Assistants to join our team in Plymouth. This full-time position, beginning in January and facilitated through Teaching Personnel, provides a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support classroom activities and assist in the implementation of lesson plans.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to EYFS/KS1 students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Contribute to the overall well-being and development of young learners.
- Assist in the management of classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting.
