Day to Day of the role:- Support the delivery of a diverse curriculum, ensuring students are engaged and making academic progress.
- Utilise your passion for sports to inspire and motivate students in various athletic activities.
- Plan and organise sporting events, contributing to a vibrant school sports culture.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and staff to enhance the educational experience of students.
- Employ creativity and flexibility in supporting students, adapting to their individual needs.
- Manage and prioritise tasks efficiently to maintain a smooth and effective learning environment.
- Participate fully in all aspects of school life, including classroom assistance and extracurricular activities.
- GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Strong interest in sports and physical education.
- Experience in supporting educational activities and curriculum delivery.
- Excellent organisational and event planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
- Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to the needs of students.
- Good prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
