Day to Day of the role:
- Provide 1-2-1 support to pupils with SEN in mainstream primary schools, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.
- Utilise your knowledge of the national curriculum to support and enhance the learning experience for SEN pupils.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to nurture positive behaviour and a supportive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a holistic support system for pupils.
