Schneider Electric’s Level 6 Sales & Marketing Apprentice Pathway offers the opportunity for Apprentices to undertake the role of a Commercial Executive, supporting commercial decision-making and negotiations across the business.
What on-the-job experience does this pathway offer?
- Working closely with Channel, Product and Commercial Managers to define the scope, goals, and deliverables of various projects.
- Assisting in creating project and campaign work breakdown structures.
- Updating and tracking project milestones, deadlines, and budgets.
What off-the-job experience does this pathway offer?
As part of this pathway, Apprentices will undertake a Project Manager Degree Apprenticeship with training to be delivered by Aston University over a 3-year period.
Entry Requirements
This Pathway is open to candidates with 5 GCSE Grades including Maths and English at C or 4 or above with 3 A levels at CCC or above (or equivalent BTECs).
This Pathway also requires the holding of a valid UK Driving Licence

Future Prospects
After completing the Apprenticeship, performance pending, Apprentices will successfully transition into a permanent position with the team/business they have worked in as an Apprentice.
