We are seeking to recruit an energetic and highly motivated individual, with great customer service skills to work in our Libraries at Windermere and Ambleside.
The role is extremely varied and requires individuals to –
- Be the first point of contact for customers.
- Provide information and deal effectively with customer enquiries, including helping with IT enquiries – face to face, over the phone, written and digital:
- Carry out general library duties, help with the security of buildings and basic health & safety tasks.
- Support a wide range of events and activities for all ages.
- Work as part of a team.
Successful candidates will have experience of delivering excellent customer service and supporting others in achieving this, effective communication skills, you will enjoy working as part of a team and will have a positive outlook to service development and change.
This post will include some weekend work and lone working.
