SalaryKFM are now recruiting for Line Leaders in the YO15 area for a well-established client based in the food industry!

Duties:
- Ensuring the required production quantity targets are met on a day to day basis.
- Ensuring the efficient running of the designated production area, ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed correctly and fully ensuring that customer requirements are met.
- Ensuring that product traceability is always maintained.
- The day to day supervision of production staff, including “clean as you go” operations.
- Ensuring that staff are trained appropriately for the role that they are performing.
- Responsible for the correct operation of equipment used during production hours.
- To ensure that HACCP is followed and CCPs are monitored according to procedure along with any other relevant safety and quality records.
- To complete any other duties as required by senior management.
The Person:
- People management skills, including developing team capability, performance management and managing team KPI’s
- Assisting with implementing different types of production mythology
- An excellent understanding of food safety guidelines and producers including working with HACCP Plans.
- An excellent attitude and with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Able to implement production and achieve production targets
- To work either 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am shift
**(Hourly rate = £11.52/hour + £1.10 or £1.66 /hour shift allowance. Shift allowance is only payable when a full shift has been completed)
