Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to handle a broad spectrum of litigation matters in Liverpool. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing various litigation cases and providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial disputes, civil litigation, and personal injury cases.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and provide expert legal advice.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure effective case management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations affecting the litigation practice.
Requirements:
- A qualified Solicitor with a strong background in litigation.
- Proven experience in handling a variety of litigation matters.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
