Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Our clients are a leading commercial practice on the Essex Hertfordshire border have asked us to find them a further litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team.
About the Role  
The department act for claimants and defendant on a range of matters. Your experience will need to  encompass general litigation; covering debt recovery, contract disputes, landlord & tenant, neighbour & boundary disputes, contentious probate and employment disputes. Where possible you will resolve matters offering mediation as an alternative to the litigation process.
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in candidates from NQ to 3 years PQE or equivalent, with a solid track record of fee earning experience within litigation.  You will need to be a team player, flexible, self-sufficient, and self-supporting. You will be supervised and given all necessary support but must be able to work on your own initiative and independently.  A keenness for networking and business development is favourable.
