A multi-award winning Law firm seeks a fully-qualfied and experienced Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 year's PQE to join its property litigation team, supporting lenders in the collection of their loan portfolios dealing with recovery action from defult to realisation of high quantity and varied caseload.
Succesful applicants nust have
- Minimum 5 years PQE
- Experience of High court and County courtl litigation
- Professional negligence claims aginst solicitors, valuers and insurers
- Indemnity claims against the Land Registry
- Extensive experience of mortgage repossessions

- Ability to work accurately and calmly under the pressure of a demanding workload
- First class client care and communication skills at all levels
- Knowledge and experience of a wide range of litigation matters
