Live In Carer

We are seeking a compassionate live-in Carer for a lovely gentleman who lives alone. This rewarding role involves assisting with daily activities, ensuring comfort, and promoting independence. The ideal candidate will enjoy cooking and engaging in intelligent conversations, enhancing the overall quality of life for our client.

Responsibilities:

• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in meaningful conversations.
• Prepare nutritious and enjoyable meals, catering to the gentleman’s love for food.
• Taking out into the community to socialise
• Deliver high-quality live-in care tailored to the gentleman's needs.
• Provide assistance with personal care, including showering.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail essential
• Previous experience in a care home, home care environment, or as a live-in Carer is advantageous.
• Ability to drive and accompany the client to appointments or outings is desirable but not essential.
• A caring and compassionate attitude with a commitment to providing the best possible care.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client.
