Live In Nanny

Fantastic opportunity for a professional live in Nanny to join a lovely family in St Johns Wood! Family looking for a nanny to be with them long term!

Job Summary:
We are currently working with a lovely client who have a 17 month old daughter and 4 month old son – they are now looking for a live in Nanny to join their family in the lovely area of St Johns Wood. This role will be a mix of sole and shared care but mum will not interfere with the nanny while working. The family do have family members who visit from time to time too. The family are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and really engages with them to help aid their development. The family also employ a cleaner and gardener. The home is located close to St Johns Wood Station and High Street.

The family would also be open to the Live in candidate working 6 days per week – salary would be £60,000 to £65,000 gross per annum.

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom

General duties:

• Playing and entertaining
• Age appropriate activities
• Weaning and potty training
• Preparing meals for and feeding the children
• Teething
• Taking outdoors to parks/playgrounds
• Keeping the childrens areas neat and tidy
• Putting down for naps
• Laundry for the children
• Changing nappies
• Helping to keep the kitchen neat and tidy

Candidate requirements:

• Experience within a similar role with similar aged children
• Good communication – good level of English
• Driver – beneficial but not essential
• Someone who loves children and can help aid their development
• Someone who is responsible and happy to muck in where needed
• Good hygiene
• Really engaging with children
• Pet friendly – family have a small Yorkie

DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
