As a Mental Health Support Worker within the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service (LMWS) you will be part of multi-disciplinary team which delivers an integrated service to offer Primary Care based Mental Health Support for people with mild to moderate common Mental Health problems. You will also focus on increasing access to Mental Health services for people in some of the most deprived areas of Leeds and those who traditionally face barriers to accessing this support.
