As a Local Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key member of the marketing team that works closely with our clinical teams to understand their branding requirements and then work with our content specialists to translate this into something physical.
You’ll also use this time to see where our clinics can update their existing branding so they can harmonise across the group and we can create a consistent brand experience.
Working with our clinical teams is just part of this role, you’ll also be working with local sponsorships, partnerships to increase brand visibility and engagement in the community.
About you:
You’ve got a few years post-grad experience in marketing – either agency or in-house. You’re either a Marketing Executive, Merchandising Executive or have successfully operated in a similar role. You understand branding and how this translates physically; be it leaflets/brochures, signage or activation. It may even be our physical presence at events.
You’re a creative thinker, you’re able to provide solutions to branding challenges. Confidence and communication skills are key, as you’ll need to build great relationships internally in our clinics, and externally with local media and events partnerships. These relationships skills will help you to understand our clinics and how they all have individual needs where branding is concerned.
Healthcare experience would be great, because then you’ll have a greater understanding of what we need and how the market operates.
This is a great time to join us as you’ll be joining a newly formed marketing team. One that has strong goals and ambitions to help us to truly cement our place as the UKs premier fertility provider.
In this role, you’ll be provided with the autonomy to deliver what you need to.
Location/benefits
This is a hybrid role where you’ll mostly work from home, however you’ll also need to visit our clinics (maybe once a week). There are monthly team meetings to attend too.
In a company where hard work and great results are recognised, you can look forward to a supportive culture of collaboration where we value each other.
