Locum Adults Social Worker - Countywide Review Team

Candidates must be a qualified Social Worker to apply for this role.

This is a full-time role for a period of 6 months. We require Social Workers that are experienced in working with Adults to carry out person centred reviews of supports plans, ensuring these are evidence based and best value. The expectation will be to complete 3 reviews per week.
A strengths-based model of practice will be required and an understanding or experience of working with Adults with a range of needs to include, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, Physical and Sensory Impairments and needs associated older age.
Countywide travel will be required with assessments and reviews carried out in person across Essex. We ideally therefore require individuals who are based in Essex or close proximity. The role is hybrid with a mix of office-based working at County Hall in Chelmsford and working from home
