Working as part of a fun and friendly Logistics Team, this busy role will see you being responsible for:
- Creating sales orders and return orders on their internal system
- Liaising with the Customer Service/Technical Support team for any order queries
- Recording and maintaining their CRM tool
- Postal sorting for daily tasks
Experience Required:
- Previous experience of working within an office
- Strong attention to detail
- High levels of accuracy
- CRM system knowledge ideally, or the ability to learn new systems and process quickly
