Our client is currently recruiting for a Logistics Administrator to join their growing team in Swindon.
Job Requirements
Administration
- Respond to incoming telephone calls
- Data input and filing.
- Handle incoming post and deal with their courier bags, recording when appropriate.
- Report issues as and when required.
- Update Patient Services for patient queries
- Assist with outbound calls when needed
Logistics
- Processing orders which will include returns and entering details on to the system
- Liaising with manufacturers on outstanding orders and individual specifications.
- Log all returned orders from cancelled appointments and process refunds after authorisation has been given.
- Return products for a credit note to be issued
- Pick and pack daily work for field staff in line with daily schedules.
- Process stationery and PPE orders on a weekly basis.
- Liaise with couriers for work despatch and returns.
- Liaise with field staff to chase outstanding work.
- Assisting with preparing kits for new field staff members.
- Bi-annual stock take.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Good IT/literacy and attention to detail.
