For the successful Logistics Administrator, our client is offering:
I. Up to £22,000-25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
II.Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00hr
III. Permanent Position working

V. Holidays 15 days + 5 day shutdown period & bank holidays
The role – Logistics Administrator,
I. Organising all despatches (UK/Exports)
II. Booking in deliveries with customers
III. Keeping a record of all transport arranged & prices paid
IV. Producing packing lists and reports for despatch
V. Hosting morning meetings with warehouse & accounts informing them of what is being despatched
VI Monitoring stock and allocating stock to orders
VII Answering calls, filing, and faxing
VII Responding to emails in a timely manner
VIII Reporting on Excel to produce different reports
What our client is looking for in a Logistics Administrator :
I. Must be computer literate in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
II. Highly Competent with Excel
III. Excellent communication skills and multitasker
IV. Good attention to detail
V. Confident communicator
VI Excellent knowledge of unit conversion (kgs, Tonnes, M2, Linea, Meters)
VII Previous experience working for a manufacturing company
