I am seeking a Logistics Assistant to join growing and dynamic team at a leading UK ecommerce brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that is experiencing rapid growth and innovation.
Day to Day of the role for the Logistics Assistant:
- Assist with securing and confirming bookings from freight forwarders.
- Liaise with suppliers and third-party logistics companies, handling import and export documents.
- Follow up on shipments and track the freight process through to delivery.
- Perform general administrative duties, including invoicing and various data entry tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Logistics Assistant:
- Experience within a purchasing/logistics role is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Computer literacy with good communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
