We re hiring for a Logistics Coordinator to join a family run industry leading manufacturer based in the Stockport area. This role would suit a good all-rounder with some experience within logistics / transport who is well organised and a great multitasker.
What s on offer?
- GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 per annum
- Day Shift: 7:00 am 4:00 pm Monday Thursday / 1pm finish Friday

What will you be doing as a Logistics Coordinator?
- Stock entering and stock level checking on Sage
- Booking/arranging deliveries ensuring they are on time and cost efficient
- Printing of all production labels for day and night shifts
- Carrying out quality checks on the machines
- Reporting non-conforming products to Management
- Keeping a set of samples for each job and saving in sample room in correct location
- Analysing finished jobs and reporting to Management
- Completing Key System Audits including - Glass, Hygiene & housekeeping
- Completing action sheets of any reject materials and advising Management
- Logistics & Freight Coordinator and Production BRC Deputy
What do you need?
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an administration role
- Previous production / manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience / knowledge within a logistics / transport / freight role advantageous
- Experience with Sage
- Well organised, good communicator, proactive approach
