Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Windsor, UK

We focus on commercializing and marketing orphan and specialty care products, while our specialised Services department supports pharma and biotech companies with global clinical trial comparator sourcing, packaging, labelling, solutions, pre-approval, medicines access programs, and consulting.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing Global Operations Team. Based in our Windsor (UK) office, you will report to the Operations Director, Global Operations.


As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating orders, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities:


  • Comply with Global Standard Operating Procedures for order execution.
  • Manage orders, utilizing expertise and coordinating with appropriate resources.
  • Take accountability for the complete execution of orders, collaborating with key departments such as Procurement, Sales, Regulatory, and Quality.
  • Coordinate with service providers, including depots, carriers, customs agents, and re-labelling/repackaging providers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clinical trial sponsors, CROs, CMOs, and healthcare professionals.
  • Utilize electronic systems to ensure accurate recording and actioning of all activities throughout the order process.
  • Proactively identify and resolve order-related discrepancies from quality, legal, and financial perspectives.
  • Digitally capture, create, and file all order-related documents in a timely manner.

Your Profile:


  • Comfortable working in an international setting.
  • University graduate with 1-2 years of work experience.
  • Preferably has experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Experience with temperature-sensitive goods or within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is advantageous.
  • Fluency in French and English
