Resource Manager (Global Firm - Hybrid / Belfast)

VANRATH are assisting a multinational law firm with the recruitment of a Resource Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to develop and progress within a global organisation that places immense value on their staff.

This is a Permanent - Full-Time Position - This is a brand new role in the company

Hybrid working role - Mixture of home working and working in Belfast City Centre office - Monday - Friday (9.00am - 5.00pm) - (2-3 days in office & 3-2 days at Home).

Responsibilities:

To manage all aspects of resourcing within the relevant Practice Group(s)to achieve business goals, whilst balancing client requirements and individual career aspirations

• This role is people-focused, supporting Practice Group(s)across locations (if applicable) and is founded on effective working relationships with all levels of staff across the Practice Group(s). The role holder is a self-starter who can develop and drive new initiatives, alongside retaining full responsibility for 'doing' the resource management, down to the lowest level of detail as required.
• This is an exciting time to join the Resource Management team, which is a relatively new and evolving function. As we undertake our strategy to drive a high performance culture, resource management is at the core of helping us achieve this objective. This is a unique opportunity to be part of our journey to expand this service offering to multiple practice groups and offices (as required) across the EMEA region.

Ideal Person:

• Minimum 2 years as a Resource Manager in Professional Service style organisation
• Motivated by the day-to-day 'doing' of resource management, covering all levels of detail, and making a continuous positive difference to the business performance
