SalaryWe’re hiring for a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator to contribute to the success of a fast growing, market leading manufacturer based in Sheffield.
Previous experience in exports is essential for this role as you will be handling and maintaining documentation, arranging transport and liaising with customers/service providers.

What will you be doing as a Logistics Coordinator?
- Coordinating transportation for export customers to ensure the timely delivery of orders
- Preparing documentation to meet customer and HMRC requirements
- Expediting and filing all export-related documentation, and handling imports when necessary
- Informing customers about shipping details, collaborating with freight forwarders for timely and cost-effective shipments, and keeping customers updated throughout the process
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure the on-time delivery of export orders
- Generating and providing customers with all pertinent documentation before and after dispatch
What do you need?
- Previous experience working within an export department
- A knowledge of import and export entries/MSS reports
- Prior experience in air freight security (desirable)
- An understanding of export procedures
