Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated Despatch/Logistics Admin to join their team. If you have a passion for logistics and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you!

The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting their team to achieve departmental KPIs, including stock accuracy, on-time delivery, and delivery accuracy. They will be responsible for managing the full and on-time despatches according to customer schedules, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the logistics and despatch teams to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the logistics and warehouse operations.


• Assist in audits and stocktaking, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.


• Handle logistics-related issues, including quality investigations, audits, and complaints.


• Process and compile documentation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the production or logistics industry.


• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing accurate results.


• Flexibility to work early and late shifts as required.


• A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.


• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
