We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader situated in Maidenhead who is seeking a highly organised and diligent administrator with experience in logistics or shipping to join their growing team.

Job duties:
- Working within the Supply Chain & Logistics team
- Providing administrative support for shipping large scale products globally via sea, train and air
- Ensuring all import and export documentation is up to date and correct
- Overviewing the shipping process, ensuring all information is completely accurate
- Being ware of freight rates and ensuring all shipping is in adherence to the company budget
- Liaising with shippers and third parties
- Providing administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- A competent knowledge in logistics and shipping
- Highly numerate
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
