Based in West London, this is a full time, permanent position working 7.00am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. The offered salary for this opportunity is up to £55,000 per annum.

The day to day
- Ensuring vehicle and driver compliance with requirements, including O licence, site, EU, Health and Safety, and other legal requirements.
- Ensuring risk assessments are implemented and completed as required.
- Monitor drivers to meet customer service and route optimization goals.
- Analysing data and implementing corrective actions to efficiently resolve logistics problems.
- Leading, managing, and developing personnel with regular review and feedback meetings.
You will have/be
- Previous management experience within logistics is desired.
- Proven leadership and people management skills coupled with the ability to influence and motivate.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- A positive and flexible attitude with strong initiative and quick reactions.
- Attentive to detail and proficient in data analysis to support continuous improvement.
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Experience of lean (Six Sigma) implementation in lean
