We are currently seeking a talented Logistics Manager to join our team and play a key role in optimizing our logistics operations.
Role Overview:
As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating critical aspects of logistics within our organization. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless procurement, stocking, and delivery of supplies to our valued customers. Your role will involve implementing and maintaining operational policies, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effective utilization of internal and external warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior leadership to implement best-in-class inventory control processes.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to maximize stock turns and cash flow.
Cultivate strong business relationships with clients and suppliers.
Maintain an approved supplier list and conduct regular audits.
Negotiate product costs with approved suppliers.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation management.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely availability of inventory.
Plan and execute regular stock takes across all warehouse locations.
Manage warranty claims and liaise with suppliers and customers for timely resolution.
Oversee third-party logistics partners.
Investigate and resolve product quality issues promptly.
Requirements:

Proficiency in outbound telephone-based communication.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
