About the Role:

As the Governance & Capabilities Manager in our Learning Operations team, you'll be at the heart of our procurement evolution. Focused on building and enhancing our team's capabilities, you'll be instrumental in guiding the functional governance and capabilities enhancement of Global Procurement. Your role is pivotal in co-creating, driving, and overseeing the governance of our functional ways of working, ensuring the provision and assurance of policies, guidelines, and frameworks. You'll also be leading the charge in capability development, crafting learning products that elevate our procurement and functional skills across the board.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Engagement: Spearhead capability engagement and communication across the function, utilizing a multi-channel approach to highlight learning opportunities.
  • Curate Learning Resources: Align learning resources with capability strategies, providing frequent and targeted learning opportunities to the organization.
  • Manage Learning Operations: Oversee end-to-end learning coordination activities, from managing the functional learning calendar to optimizing learning platform access.
  • Optimize the LMS: Define and manage the best uses of our Learning Management System, Cornerstone, creating personalized learning journeys and advising on learner experience optimization.
  • Innovate Learning Products: Design and manage innovative learning products, partnering with external providers to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
  • Enhance Onboarding: Collaborate with the Communication and Engagement team to refine our onboarding process, ensuring a personalized and comprehensive introduction to our organization.

Who You Are:

  • Agile and Creative: With a solid grasp of agile principles, you're ready to tackle issues with innovative solutions.
  • Business Savvy: Your understanding of customer needs and learning design allows you to deliver impactful learning solutions.
  • Experienced in L&D: A proven track record in Learning and Development, particularly in engagement activities and Learning Operations management.
  • Knowledgeable in Adult Learning: You're well-versed in adult learning methodologies and always eager to explore the best learning solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement Advocate: Driven by quality, you're always looking for ways to enhance our processes and products.
