Logistics & Warehouse Administrator

We're excited to be working once again with this trusted partner client in Ware, who are actively seeking a proactive, meticulous administrator for this newly created role in their organisation.

A fast paced and unique business, the business offers an informal but challenging culture and environment, where staff are supported to develop, but also given the chance to take responsibility and make a name for themselves. Mixing strong customer service and relationship building skills with an eye for detail with numbers, the successful applicant will report into the Warehouse Administration Manager, but have dotted lines and exposure to the whole commercial operation, making it an exciting chance to shine!

Key duties involve:

• Receive and book in all incoming stock and shipments to the system
• Responsibility for all stock control and associated administration across multiple warehouse sites
• Provision of first rate customer interaction to assist with both the warehousing and logistics functions
• Responsibility for all data entry accuracy and all documentation associated to goods in and out
• Maintain excellent communication across all relevant departments, informing all concerned of timescales, logistics and challenges.

While the word 'warehouse' is in the title, this role is located within the business's head office and there is no physical work within the warehousing facilities required at all - it's pure organisation, administration and communication that we're seeking!
