The Role:
A leading London Market Insurance software provider is looking for a BA / PM to help with multiple implementations of their software at a variety of insurance clients/partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within London Market & Delegated Authority Industry preferably as a PM/BA
- Strong knowledge of Bordereaux Management, including Mapping, Processing and the provision of MI and Analysis
- Prior experience in software implementation including but not limited to:
- Define of success criteria
- Set-up of Management & Governance sessions
- Document cross-projects impacts/dependencies
- Qualify and stage sprints, & associated user stories / back log for prioritisation and scheduling
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process
- System and workflow integration (where relevant)
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration
- UAT Testing
- Document and maintain accurate records of implementation activities
- Previous experience working with Data/Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and able to manage expectations of multiple different parties
- Well versed in upcoming transformational agendas within the Insurance Market, most notably, Blueprint 2
