Recruit Insure are looking for an Aviation Liability Adjuster for a leading independent global insurance service provider.
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Liability Adjuster to join our Aviation Liability team based in London to support the continuing development of their London Aviation Liability product line. Hybrid policy will apply with approx. 2 days per week in the office.
Reporting to the Head of Aviation Liability, the primary focus of the role will be to support the London region in the handling of Aviation Liability claims. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual experienced within the liability claims market seeking to develop their loss adjusting career in the London region, and with the experience and knowledge to contribute to and drive the development of this product line within the region.
Aviation Liability Adjuster Job Role
- Management and administration of Aviation Liability claims from instruction to settlement
- Liaison with key stakeholders including insured, insurers/brokers ensuring the professional and timely conclusion of claims
- Collation and analysis of Management Information for internal and external distribution
- Production of reports in compliance with professional standards, internal guidelines and in accordance with SLA’s
- Marketing and business development activities to support the region
Aviation Liability Adjuster Skills Required
- Experience within a global chartered loss adjusting business specialising in Liability claims
- Significant and proven experience of handling personal injury and third-party property damage claims
- Cross border claim handling experience
- Operational experience and knowledge of quality claims handling processes from receipt of instruction to close of claim
- Knowledge and experience of client fund handling
- Demonstrable experience of marketing and business development activities
- Highly methodical, analytical and accurate in the delivery of responsibilities
- Ability and tenacity to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands in an international environment
- In depth knowledge of IATA Agreements and Montreal and Warsaw Conventions is desirable
