I'm on the lookout for a talented Loyalty Economics Analyst to join this global retail group (multiple international brands) to help drive their loyalty programs to new heights!
?? Key Responsibilities:
As a Loyalty Economics Analyst, you will:
Customer Analysis: Identify new ways to attract and retain loyalty programme membersCommercial Performance Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of existing loyalty initiatives, providing valuable insights to optimize program performance, taking into account margins and costsScenario Modelling: Model various loyalty initiatives such as promotions and offers to identify those which will perform the best from a cost and finance perspectiveCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to align loyalty initiatives with broader business goals, driving cost efficiencies.Reporting and Visualization: Create insightful and visually appealing reports to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.?? Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.Proven experience in loyalty program analytics or a related commercial analytics field.Strong commercial analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, scenario modelling and commercial performance analysis.Strong communication skills to convey complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.??
