Our staff of nurses, cooks, direct support professionals, activities directors, housekeepers, qualified developmental disability professionals (QDDPS), and shift managers provide around-the-clock personalized care in a loving environment. We are looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or LPN Nurse.

*Responsibilities for our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):*
? Provide direct care and medical treatment to the individuals in order to meet their needs utilizing a person-centered approach to assist the individuals in fulfilling their desires and needs for an independent life.
? Provide care to some individuals who have gastroenteral feeding tubes, foley catheters, wound care, breathing treatments, and insulin-dependent diabetics.
? Supervise the Direct Support Professionals who are responsible for assisting individuals with their daily needs that include all aspects of personal hygiene care (toileting, bathing, ADLs) and feeding. Also engage in constant communication amongst all staff members to ensure continuity of care.
? Carry out required nursing functions including medication administration, wound care, assessment of acute residents, respond appropriately to crisis situations, perform thorough nurse documentation, ensure the safety and well being of all residents, communication with Director of Nursing and Medical Director involving any changes in the medical status of residents, communicate with management team, maintain positive relationships involving family members, guardians, medical providers, and the community
*Requirements for our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):*
? Valid/current licensure of the Ohio State Board of Nursing without restrictions
? Current CPR and Certification in First Aide
? Ability to successfully complete and pass a background check
? Reliable transportation
? Proof of auto insurance (if applicable)
? Social Security card
?Minimum of one year of LPN experience required
Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
