Responsibilities as a SEND Lunchtime Supervisors:

• As a SEND Lunchtime Supervisor, you will be a crucial part of our team, ensuring a safe and supportive environment during lunch breaks for students with SEND.
• Supervise and engage with students, fostering a positive atmosphere and encouraging social interaction.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to implement strategies that cater to the specific needs of students with SEND.
• Provide support in managing any challenges that may arise during lunchtime activities.
• Contribute to creating an inclusive and nurturing school environment for all students.

Requirements as a SEND Lunchtime Supervisors:

• Previous experience in a similar role or a strong willingness to work with students with SEND.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, with an enhanced DBS on the update service.
