We're seeking those with 2+ years of estate agency/sales negotiator experience, especially those with a black book of contacts.

You need to be self-organised and motivated. We're seeking well-spoken natural sales people.

After the training you can work on a full time or part time basis. Once you complete on-boarding you will have access to our brand, further online training, company email, marketing, software, PR, legal, socials and more.

Like all new businesses, there are set up and running costs these are the industry norms, you have the freedom and control to decide what. We've made sure that these are as low and as competitive with other companies as possible whilst ensure you keep MORE in commission than our competitors.

Qualifications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to work independently and manage your own business • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills • Knowledge of your local real estate market • Proficiency in technology and the ability to adapt to new software and systems • Previous experience in real estate or sales is required. Will consider those in other high-end industries such as yacht, jet, chalet sales.
